Do not recommend. I reached out multiple times regarding my father’s probate matter and did not receive a return call. As a grieving daughter trying to navigate a difficult process, the lack of communication felt very unprofessional and disappointing.

Cushing and Dolan is a great mid-size law firm to work with. Big enough to tackle any legal issue but still has the personal feel of a smaller firm. They have done my estate planning and are a top notch firm at this. What really separates C&D from all other firms is their Real Estate department. Headed up by Kevin Dolan. Mike and Ann round off the A team as I call them. They are nothing short of amazing. Constantly meeting tight deadlines and closing tough transactions. I would easily give C&D 6 stars if I could.

Do not use them I have been dealing with patty for 2 year trying to close out an estate needless to say took the money and does not respond or do anything she tells us she is going to do needless to say I will be makeing a report to the bar and now have to find another atterney who will get the job done these people are criminals
