June of this year I had an accident on the cruise ship. I immediately contacted Mr. Greg Cusimano. In a timely manner he contacted the cruise line and had a settlement for me within weeks. Will ask you to drive multiple hours just to tell you they wont take a case, something that could be done over the phone instead of wasting a persons time and money.
