The staff was friendly and professional. Exceptional. When we came to sign documents the lawyer forgot that the whole family goes by their middle names, even after having a long, fun conversation about it at the first meeting. He called every person in the document but one by the wrong name. One would think he would make a note of it and, at the very least, call the client by the correct name. When corrected at the signing, he still called the client by the wrong name. Attention to detail.

Underrepresented and over charged. Another greedy law firm

I had a great experience with Cutler Law Firm. I was in a serious car accident in June 2022 which Mike Bornitz was helping me with. He took his time explaining everything to me. I had zero clue about insurance companies, lawyers, etc. I felt extremely comfortable with Mike taking the wheel and updating me when news came about. I also liked how if I did have a questions or concern I could send him a quick text. I was also very happy with the outcome and very thankful for Mike and Cutler Law Firm!

My son was in a very serious motorcycle accident and was badly injured. Mike Bornitz and his staff helped us navigate the process with the auto, bike and health insurance companies and ensure that he got the best possible outcome. All of our contacts with the office were friendly, professional and timely. We could just focus on getting our son taken care of knew that Mike had it well in hand. We finished out the process today and are grateful for Mike's help and the outcome that he was able to secure for our son.

Mike Bornitz navigated me through a complicated motorcycle accident involving numerous insurance companies and their representatives. I had faith that the insurance companies had my own best interest in mind. Mike showed me how my faith was misplaced. Insurance companies only have their best interests in mind. Mike guided me through a long drawn out process with insurance. With his aid I was able to get a fair settlement. He has not only been a great counselor, but also a friend through the process. The attorney and his assistant were extremely rude and unprofessional at times. A situation had arose and upon calling and speaking to the attorney's assistant, I was chastised by the assistant for even sharing my concerns with her. This resulted in my decision to terminate the attorney/client contract. I sent an email to the attorney and copied his assistant explaining in my own words what occurred, even apologized for any misunderstanding on my part and informed them that I would be finding different representation. The attorney called and sent several emails to me insisting we visit on the phone. I first declined, but then finally agreed. The initial 10-15 minutes of the conference call involving the attorney, his assistant and myself, I was berated by the attorney himself for calling and asking his assistant for "legal advice". I understand protocols but didn't appreciate being on the receiving end of ill-mannered treatment. He also addressed the negative google review I submitted but shortly thereafter I deleted. Now over a year later I am resubmitting. And the worst of it is, I was charged $500 for the phone call which was imposed on me essentially and of which I was reprimanded. *Unfortunate experience all the way around.
