What drew me to Cutter Hall and Karlock was their main focus is SSD. I dealt with Ken Karlock. My positive experience with him is the reason for this review. He made the applying process very easy. Ken is a true SSD expert. What I liked most about Ken was he replied to emails in a quick and efficient manner. Never once did I have to email him twice. I could always count on him with concerns. I dealt with attorney Julie a couple times. She was also very helpful and equally efficient. Example: Multiple times before I could open a SSD mail request, Ken or Julie was on the phone getting the needed information and taking care of it the day it arrived. Extremely Impressive!
