Not pleased at all. Nice lady but don’t need a nice lady when it comes to court. Very unorganized seemed to forget what we were there for talked a good game made to believe we were good but forgot everything. Had to basically tell her over and over what was going on but did nothing for me. Nothing says I screwed you and didn’t do my job then getting a refund for your retainer fee. Nice and all but now screwed for the next four years cause what should have been addressed in court is now set in motion. Do not recommend!!!

She couldn't remember the details of my case. Forgot to file financial documents for months as I asked her several times what the status was. Always seemed excited to get things done but didn't have the follow through. My case languished for over a year so I hired a new attorney who got it done quickly.

I was frantically calling attorneys just before the July 4th holiday to help with a custody hearing. Of the six I contacted, Cynthia was the only one who returned my call. Attorney Morgan listened carefully, provided excellent advice, and helped me understand all was not lost. If you want a complete waste of time and someone to just take up money, this is your chance. If you want nothing accomplished and to be randomly billed for things that never get done, you have found your lawyer. If you actually want a smooth process and someone to answer your messages and do the job you pay them for, don’t waste your time.

If you want to waste your time and money, then Cynthia is your person. She has no problem taking your money and not returning your calls for 3 weeks at a time. She can barely remember her own name, let alone represent someone in a divorce/custody battle. You would have better luck talking to a wall and getting a response.

Three year long custody case. Involved the entire time as the court appointed LGAL. Presented as busy and didn't know what was going on. Allowed lies to be presented and didn't give a chance to respond. Kids did not feel heard and felt this was a waste of time.

Assigned as our lgal for custody case. 3 year long involvement. Went from fully supporting my children being with me a significant amount of time bc of the proven history of mom. Go to court....mom lies and then we get pushed out for another 6 months. In that 6 months....some how Cynthia forgot the 2 years prior and claims mother is "doing much better" and denies me more time. My daughter's said she spent their interview talking about her son and not even asking questions or allowing them to voice their wants or clarify accusations put forth from the mother against me. She made my children extremely uncomfortable and the youngest said she didn't feel heard at all.....to the point she didn't even try bc Cynthia wouldn't stop talking. Every one of our meetings felt manic as if she's trying to catch up or just remember who you are to behin with. I guess it's difficult to stay on top cases when you're more concerned with being a regular at your favorite bar. Just more people in the system claiming they are intelligent and are here for the kids but gets had by an uneducated narcissist while they ignore the children they said they were there for.

Cynthia and Morgan are AMAZING!!! I have been working with them for more than 2 years with regards to my family law case and I couldn't possibly ask for more. They have helped me with issue after issue relating to the custody of my son. They constantly put me at ease and go to battle for me in court. They are professional, caring and extremely helpful. I was referred to Cynthia from my business attorney in Danville. From the beginning Cynthia was on top of what I needed. She was compassionate in what I was going thru when my wife chose divorce as her option. Divorce was not my choice but Cynthia helped me to navigate the process and insured I was prepared for everything. My ex wife used a highly recommended attorney from Champaign, who repeatedly was ill prepared and forgot to instruct her of things my ex wife needed to do, usually reminding her right before a hearing.
