Refused interpreting services for the Deaf. In the past I used this office to purchase my home. So I decided to use them again when in need to do a quitclaim deed for my mom and I. They had agreed to do it but after I requested interpreting services for my mother (who is Deaf) I was told to pay for and bring my own interpreter, even though I am paying for their services; Which, according to ADA law the business must provide interpreting services. After I brought up this law they told me that they were unable to do this service for me at this time. A clear act of discrimination against the Deaf community. I highly do not recommend using this Law office as they try to cut as many corners as possible by refusing services and being accessible to everyone.
