Well to start with, Chad esq., and Jen paralegal, are genuine people, and treated me with respect, and are people who care about their clients. I have had many experiences with lawyers, starting with working for attorneys for 10 years, and other attorneys I've hired for other legal issues, and I hit the jackpot when I found this firm. I'm proud to call them my friends. Jen worked so diligently and hard, constantly staying on dictors, insurance and Medicare to keep things rolling. Jen is a very organized person who stays on top of everything. Both, called me periodically ti keep me updated, and always was concerned how I was doing. Other law firms say they care about the well being of their clients, but in my experiences, I always had to call them, leave a message, wait fir a return call only to never recieve one, which left me calling and leaving more messages. Other law firms fid not fight for the best settlement they could they convinced me that the first offer was going to be the best. She's so kind yet so fierce haha I remember someone asked me the wrong question on the phone and she popped back in the room while making copies and said, "What did he just ask you? Excuse me no you are not asking him that". She told me when I first met her that she was mama bear now and nobody messes with her children. She had my back and always made sure I was okay. One time Jen and I had a question and Chad walked into the office with his iPad because he was shopping for horses and he answered the question almost instantly, then broke it down so I could understand it, and walked back out to continue shopping I remember thinking that was so funny because it was so effortless for him. He is just someone that you always want on your team because he's always thinking 10 steps ahead. You just win everytime. You are in good hands here I promise you that. Just listen and ask questions if you're not sure. I first came into their office broken and defeated, these two took me under their wing, dusted me off, helped me pick up the pieces and today I walk as a better man than I was even before my accident. 100% reccomend.
