Similar experience with Scott like others stated. He took my money and did very little. If you value your time and money call someone else.

I made the mistake of hiring D Scott Lautner to represent me in a federal employment discrimination case. He literally did nothing in my case. He just took my $1500.00 retainer and did nothing for me. When I complained he withdrew from my case and kept or in my opinion, (stole) the retainer. He never returned it. He literally did nothing of relevance in my case. But, got and kept his retainer. One of the worst Attorneys I have encountered. Please due your due diligence before retaining this Attorney. This is strictly just my experience and opinion of this Attorney.

Amazing always tell you what’s going on and knows what he is doing

Just in it for the $ . I have a friend using him for a divorce and his office is a joke. Just lining his pockets with no real work being done. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

At times life gets crazy and that led me to Scott Lautner. He was calming, reassuring & non-judgemental. I have never had a bad experience with Scott or his office. Prompt, welcoming, knowledgeable & hard working in every aspect. His work exceeded my expectations. I have recommended him in that past and will continue to recommend him in the future to anyone looking for an honest, reliable and fair lawyer.

Scott has been my attorney for well over a decade. He is extremely knowable and explains things thoroughly. I would use the word “pit bull “ to describe him. He fights for his clients and he’s never lost a case for me. He’s very honest about how he can or can not help you and that’s why I recommend him to anyone’s house needs an attorney.

I started working with Scott to draft wills for my family, and then expanded to a business startup, helping with my father's estate, and real estate consultation. I'm the type to do research on my own and I come to Scott to get his legal perspective. He reviews my options, gives me pros and cons of each, and clarifies legal concepts for me in layman terms. He may not always tell me what I want to hear, but it's usually the best advice for my situation. When my father passed away in the middle of selling his house, Scott worked with me to get the executorship established quickly and guided me through the estate aspects of completing the sale. I and the buyers were happy with the quick turnaround and sale.

Scott made my whole experience so easy and so quick. I was nervous about the whole situation with child support and custody but he made sure everything was taken care of. Always called me back, always kept me in the loop what was going on. I was never blind sided by anything. He was very honest with me from the beginning and nothing changed as we continued forward!!! He is very very knowledgeable when it comes to divorce, and family matters. He got a client for life!!! I CANT THANK HIM ENOUGH FOR WHAT HE DID FOR ME AND MY DAUGHTER!!!! ❤️

I have been waiting over 3 months for Scott to do some title work that has been paid for since December 10, 2019. Scott cashed my check very fast, put has yet to complete his obligation. I have called 6x on this, and have yet gotten it resolved or the job done! Scott only once returned my call and gave me a story...actually a line of you know what. I left him a VM if he did not return my call, I was reporting him..

Top notch family attorney. I recommend you give him a call. Always responds, takes time to explained things.

He doesn't return calls

Worst attorney ever . 1st dui while parked in a parking lot . I sat 7 months on a probation detainer and only got 3 days for the dui . Meanwhile. Other guys were getting out with gun charges . I almost lost my house. Because if him . If he would have advised me to take a plea at the preliminary I would have been out in 30 days . My entire family suffered and my meanwhile my mother was dieing in the hospital. He offered no money to be returned .
