Only reason I gave 1 star because I had to to be able to leave a comment. But I have sooooo much negative things to say about this law firm. I went through my case with them almost a whole year and to just get nothing. They was by myself on anything I left like I was alone n doing everything myself the whole time. Being in a zoom meeting with my sorry car insurance company questioning me my lawyer D2 wasn’t present at all. They have switch me to four different adjusters because not one of them have done they job the correctly way by working for me what they took my money for when they didn’t do anything things I had to call around n get done myself. Every adjuster they had working on my case been fired I don’t know why but have everyone recorded telling me different lies. My insurance didn’t pay for anything and as my lawyer they didn’t do they job to make the pay they took the money out the other party insurance money that supposed to went to me and my kids pockets so we ended up with lesser money because of it. I never in my life with thought nothing like this with a lawyer I had to pay I wouldn’t never send anyone to D2 law firm. They the worst!!! THEY WORK WITH THE CAR INSURANCE COMPANYS. So if you want someone on your side for real before not choose D2 law or you will end up looking me. The people that leaving good comments are they ones that don’t know better all they know money is money but not when you taking a big lost definitely when your kids involved. D2 law 👎

They stayed in communication with me through a very stressful time and made themselves available if I needed or just had a simple question to which they were always happy to clarify and make sure I understood prior to moving to the next topic. The year was 2021. I had been in a MVA. I was going to try to ignore the pain but I was referred to D2 Injury Law through a friend and former colleague. I never regretted reaching out. Very trustworthy and helpful staff.

I was disappointed with my experience with Christian Denmon and Alejandra Ferrer. My case took about 7 months, and during that time I spent nearly 3 months going back and forth with Alejandra about my insurance coverage. They advised me that I was only covered for $10K, even though I called my insurance company more than 9 times and was consistently told I had $25K in coverage. Alejandra did not initially pursue the $25K, and in the end, after much back and forth, they followed the same argument I had been making from the start. While we did recover the $25K, I was left feeling as though my lawyers were siding more with the insurance company than with me. Also, keep in mind that their commission is taken from the entire settlement amount, expenses and medical treatment are not deducted first. My understanding was that commission should be based on what remains after everything is paid. If you’re not willing to go back and forth with them and repeatedly deal with your insurance company yourself, I would recommend going elsewhere.
