This review is long overdue and I recommend Dakota with a 100/10 rating and would ONLY ever work with Dakota if I ever found myself in legal trouble- I worked with Dakota way back in 2016 and he resolved my case with a dismissal in the Boston courts- he was extremely strategic and found a loophole that was favorable. Fast forward to 2023, I found myself in a series of unfortunate events and was involved in the legal system again. I was living way out of the Boston area(Fall River) but my first thought was to call Dakota because how pleasant the first time was and I was not confident with the lawyers I was coming across that were local to the area. Dakota did not hesitate and pushed my case quickly through the process to a Jury Trial where I was found Not Guilty (He also forgot his reading glasses and had to opt for these bright red reading glasses from the drugstore down the street which made the trial go by a little easier). Dakota is open and honest from the get-go and is extremely confident...which is tremendously helpful because I was extremely anxious throughout the process and really just let him take everything over. Dakota moved quickly, obtained video evidence and shared this quickly, and was extremely communicative and confident throughout the process. There is no other lawyer I would recommend to get the job done and help you get your life back.
