Dale took my case on, expecting it to be fairly standard & straight forward. It turned out to be a 2 year long battle that we (he) prevailed! He worked tirelessly, researching other cases & gathering information. Dale was incredibly kind, professional & took great care to be sure I understood everything. I never felt alone or lost throughout a process that I certainly was unfamiliar in. My case was emotionally exhausting at times, and Dale was always there to reassure me & ease my fears. Over the course of the case, there wasn't one time in which I could not get in touch with him. He made himself available & was always flexible with my schedule. I was most impressed by Dale's litigation skills & his ability to think & act quickly in court. He was respectful, yet 'sharp tongued' when needed.
