I have known Dale for many years. He is an admirable and knowledgeable attorney. Very professional and accomplished, he will fulfill ones task. The first time I met him, I was a single mom with 2 little boys going through a unforeseen divorce that had truly shocked me and I had no idea what to do. That was 27 years ago! He knew exactly what to do. My boys were 4 years & 9 months old. As they grew up, things I never thought of would arise. Things he had already handled in the divorce papers many years before. Clear through their college years! I was married for 21 years. Our divorce degree stated I would receive half of my ex's pension when he retired. As I got closer to retirement myself, I went to 2 attorneys to ask them for help in getting the process going since my ex had already retired. Both of those attorneys dropped the ball. It was not as simple as one would think because the divorce was so long ago. The wording in the divorce decree had to change due the request of the Washington Retirement system to comply with their process. Mr. Holland is efficient, listens to my concerns, and works hard to get the best possible outcome with the facts and circumstances presented. Got the job done but he is very rude. I know he needs to work for his clients best interest, but I was there helping my mother with her estate needs after my father passed away. He made me feel as if I were there to influence her and undermine her. That was last year. Today my sister called to add herself as a power of attorney as mom is now living with her. Again he was rude and she had to defend herself. I am glad he is acting protective of our mother but no need to assume we are trying to take advantage of her. Will never go back.
