I was in a car accident where a driver ran a stop sign and hit me. I suffered injuries, and my Jeep took a huge hit! I was in a lot of pain, and after being harassed daily by the other driver’s insurance company to just take a small settlement even though I didn’t know the severity of my injuries, I called Dale Rose to help me! What a relief it was that I found someone to listen, handle the other insurance company’s harassment, so that I could concentrate on trying to heal from my injuries. Dale ended up representing me on 2 cases (the wreck and the dishonest body shop) and I would say that he did pretty well in settling both of the cases! What a racket the auto insurance company, and he was a wealth of information from experience, and he kindly stepped me through the process since I have never been in a lawsuit! Got me a good settlement on an injury case

I have known Dale for many years now, but not as a client. I was in an unfortunate accident in April of last year. After returning from the ER, I gave him a call and I'm glad that I did. He got me an extremely fair and favorable settlement. Through the process, he got me in touch with providers, allowing me to receive the required medical treatments that were needed. In addition, over the months that followed, he helped me understand the process and the legal nuances and my available options - this was important for me and helped me set realistic expectations. What I liked most is that he did not judge, dictate or force his opinions on available options - he presented them factually, without drama and allowed me to make the decision. His expertise and decades of experience really shined during the final phase of the case during negotiations. In these unfortunate situations there are no winners.
