Attempting to get Disability was an absolute nightmare from the start. In the years I tried I only had 2 helpful people and both were within the last 2 months. Dr.Dale was one of them. No matter how many questions I asked (and it was a lot) He happily answered all of them. His answers were broken down to where I could understand everything. He’s very relatable and has vast knowledge to all areas of this entire process. He called me a week before, again the day before to make sure I didn’t have anymore questions and I was not freaking out, then lastly after the hearing to make sure I was ok and understood everything that had just happened. Dr. Robbins is a great attorney. He is a trained medical doctor in addition to being a lawyer. His combined medical education and law degree make him one of the very best disability guys in Washington. He understands not just the law, but the critical medical details of every case he takes. These details make all the difference with Social Security Disability judges. Dr. Robbins sees things other lawyers don't see and he will present your case in ways other lawyers can't because very few attorneys have his level of education and experience. I have had serious mental illness since I was ten years old. When I met Dr. Robbins I was living on the street and not properly medicated. Nobody was helping me. He was able to track down all my medical records and establish my mental health history for the court. When I had my hearing, the judge sat down at the bench, opened my file, and said, " I have no hesitation whatsoever in making this disability award."
