Unprofessional, dismissive, and zero accountability. I reached out to this firm hoping for professional legal guidance, but instead, I was met with total silence. After my initial inquiry, they completely ghosted me. I was left on "read" for days with no follow-up, no "no thank you" email, and zero respect for my time. The only time they actually bothered to pick up the phone was after I voiced my frustration. Did they call to discuss my case or apologize? No. They called specifically to pressure me into taking down my negative feedback. When I refused to be bullied into deleting a truthful review, they hung up on me. It’s clear this firm cares more about their online image than actually helping people or practicing basic communication. If they won’t even return a phone call to a potential client, I can’t imagine how they’d handle a complex legal case. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
