Not good at all very rude an all about her self got me in debt for unemployment a refused to help me horrible attorney worst I’ve ever had in Missoula .Never use her my case settlement was crap an so was her service .

I knew my workman's comp injury was coming to a point where I was going to need an attorney, I was new to the Missoula area, and I was at a loss on where to go and whom I could trust. Worst representation possible! She had me sign off and finalize my claim while I was obviously heavily under the influence… I NEVER WOULD HAVE AGREED IF I WASN’T SO INTOXICATED…shame on her and you if you choose this route! Completely disgusted!!!

I had a severe back injury that work comp was fighting me on, causing me to be in prolonged pain and suffering. I was referred to Leslae and within days my surgery was approved. Workman comp said my back wasn't included in my injury, but yet I was receiving pt for my back, so I got ahold of Dalpiaz and associates and Miranda took over my case, I got 3 rounds of shots and 6shots for nerve blocker., in my back after my hip surgery and the best part I ended up with a settlement that I never knew I had coming. If I could give zero stars I would. Leslae is a horrible lawyer. Worse than horrible. She is not for her clients even a little bit. Do not hire her, you will regret it like I do. I filed a grievance against her, she is unprofessional and unethical. You will be making a huge mistake hiring her.

I first emailed Dalpiaz & Associates, along with several other firms, because I'm deaf and needed someone with legal expertise to deal with my employer's insurance company on the phone. The Dalpiaz firm was the only one to respond, and they did so the next day. Thank God, too, because I had no idea about anything about Worker's Comp, and these attorneys explained everything to me (many times), kept me informed weekly, and dealt with my employer's insurer, whose emails (once I finally GOT an email address for the insurer) were so lacking in clarity, I can't even describe the confusion.
