Daly & Black in the Houston Office have been so very helpful with our roof claim from Allstate. At first, we were so reluctant if we have a chance to pursue the claim, but, Eric Vickers was so persistence and his eagerness to help made our determination to continue the case. At the end of the process, it was Kristina Frenkle who made the acceptable settlement for us. And of course we would like to thank the staff who always reach out for us for an update. Charles Brown and Alexia Nelson were great assistance and went the extra mile. My case against the Insurance Carrier settled in mediation, and attorney Kristina Frankel was more concerned about her fees than my well-being and home repairs. I was awarded the money to complete my home repairs and then scammed out the money from someone posing as a contractor.
