Dear Jen Hardee,<br> I am sorry I was not able to return your call in the time you expected. Please understand I am a solo practicing Attorney. I place a priority on the clients I am presently assisting with their legal issues. I have a limited amount of time and I need to be mindful of not over extending my schedule to the detriment of the needs of my current clients. I receive all messages and email inquiries myself. I do not have a staff to screen my incoming message. This does, at times, result in a delay in responding to new inquiries, depending on my current work load and other schedule demands. While I do try to return messages with in 48 hours, there are times I find I need to set a few hours aside at least once a week to return phone messages and emails. Due to the nature of my practice it is difficult for me to take on urgent matters for new clients.<br> I have not responded to reviews in the past but, I felt it was important to add some context to your comments. <br> I do note you were calling for a friend's legal matter not your own, we did ultimately talk.
