Avoid this attorney at all costs. To begin, Dana solicited me as a client which is against the American Bar Association's Code of Ethics. Her paralegal, Crystal, was my only point of contact for the duration of my case after the initial paperwork was signed. Crystal is also a remote worker and appears to be Dana's only employee. Between June 21st, 2022 and November 30th, 2023 (17 months for a simple personal injury claim), Crystal was the only person I spoke to regarding my claim. Between November 7th, 2022 and April 4th, 2023 (5 months!) I heard absolutely nothing from either Dana or Crystal about my case. They repeatedly forgot things I had told them already, paperwork I had already sent, and forgot to add medical appointments to my billing. I was "let go" as a client with no warning prior because I needed to schedule a phone call about my claim and Dana was so inflexible that she could not offer a specific time for a quick call. I was told that Dana was so busy, she would only be able to call "whenever she was free," which did not work for me. The next day, I received a Disengagement Letter from Dana, also putting an almost $2000 lien on my $5000 settlement amount and making it effectively impossible to find new counsel. I reached out to other attorneys and it is essentially unheard of to charge a client that the attorney has decided to let go of. Additionally, Dana had already received a settlement offer 9 days prior and I was not made aware of the offer letter at all until the flash drive arrived with my case files. The flash drive was also missing files that I had to request again. Overall, completely unprofessional and disorganized attorney. Be prepared to be frustrated and feel dehumanized by the entire process with her.

I worked a year with her and her staff on my case. she is very unprofessional, during our last phone conversation she spoke over me, laughed at my concerns and ended our conversation with her just hanging up. she was quick to anger, very sarcastic, and aside from being rude, in her own words, she has stated it may take days or weeks for her to return calls with updates, and even after a case is settled, it may take 60 to 90 days or longer for her to release funds, this is all standard according to her emails to me. so in my opinion, I would not want an attorney to be this slow to assist me. as of now, we have settled over 30 days ago, when she cashed my settlement funds check and I still have yet to get my funds to pay for my needed surgery. I would never recommend her!

She was the most awful person I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. She was completely unprepared for her case and we paid a bunch of money for her work that was essentially useless. She is completely cruel and unkind seeming to really zone in and capitalize off of other people's pain. I hope she inherits the karma that she so graciously deals out to others. Beware
