Dana Greenbaum is the most helpful and knowledgeable attorney I have dealt with. I found her very patient and willing to help and assist me with all my questions and concerns. She even found the time to see me as I have changeable work hours. I was in a car accident, not my first one unfortunately, and due to my back and spine issues never got the financial compensation I felt was due but Ms. Greenbaum acquired the most recompense I ever received from my prior accidents. We went to our hearing and she made us lose. She over did it claiming every disability under the sun that I didn't even claim or have evidence for so lost our credibility. She claimed the judge didn't like her and insisted on a local hearing than a video hearing. I probably would have had better chances with a video hearing. Now she is trying to charge me hundreds of dollars she knows I don't have. She extorted money from me by saying she couldn't submit a form from my doctor unless I paid a bunch of money. That was probably a lie. I had all my doctors but one saying that I wasn't gainfully employable but they didn't take what they said as credible? I don't understand that. So now I'm very sick and trying to do little things here and there to get money for my kids and can't fight for my daughter who my ex is in contempt of court because he hasn't let me see or talk to her in 3 years. I wish I could say that she did her best and tried very hard but I honestly don't think she cared. I also wasn't expecting to pay hundreds of dollars when she isn't supposed to get paid unless I do?
