I do not recommend this lawyer. I had a case with them. It took too long. The insurance company paid an amount, and they paid me much less than what they paid. The insurance company treats people very poorly when they ask about your case.

What an amazing experience I’ve had with Dane Shulman Associates. My Lawyer Dan Pogoda was so communicative and always on point. He would always tell me he’d contact me on so and so day and he did every time. We worked on our case for about 2 years and the whole time he would update me on the progress of everything.
