Daniel Webb helped me get my SSDI. I kept getting denied. I got him and yes it took a long time to get approved but he got it done. I have rare disorders and it complicated the case because many did not understand my disease process. Daniel took the time to learn abput these rare disease, and sent in many medical records. As i said it was a long process, and the fast you can file the better. He got me declare disabled all the way to day 1 when had oncoming symptoms. The law allows back pay up to a year before the filing date. Daniel made sure i was compensated all the way to that date. I cannot say enough about the assistance I received from Mr. Webb. I had an odd situation with the recent passing of my mother. He asked a few questions over the phone, homed in on the salient points, and pointed out what was the most logical course of action. Hands down, worth every penny. I received a speeding ticket in a construction zone in Benton. I was driving my 18-wheeler at the time. If you don't know about Benton, they have a zero tolerance for CDL license holders. Anyways, when I went to court they initially offered me a lower deal of $100 fine and only 4 over on the speed limit. I told Mr Webb that I'll take the deal just to get it over with. He told me to wait for 30min. After about 25min he came to me and told me my case was dismissed!! I received the paperwork the following week.
