Evan Newman is a phenomenal attorney first off. He treats you like family while at the same time being very professional. I was pulled over doing 90mph in a 50mph and then wrongfully charged with a DUI. I refused a breathalyzer test and taken to jail. Evan explained to me all my options and didn't promise a miracle, being modest in my opinion. But boy did he deliver! After everything was said and done, he got everything dismissed and expunged.
