Had less than an hour consultation with this man because he was so rude and condescending I just literally hung up on him. He talked to me like I was mentally retarded and kept telling me to shut my mouth. Even after I told him I have massive PTSD from Abuse he continued to berate me. If you need help this guy is NOT the one. I feel like I should get my money refunded.

I hope you would consider this review above all others. My custody case was a little complex and I had been devastated by the performance of my first inept attorney(who had a good Google review) and found myself in a ‘totally screwed’ position. Then I found Mr. Bern and Mary. Mr. Bern will not mislead or tell you what you want to hear in order to receive payment. Quite the opposite, He will tell you how you’ve F’d up or what you’ve done wrong and he might even make it sting a little then tell you he doesn’t care if you hire him or not. His no nonsense attitude is not because he is rude or mean, he isn’t, his attitude is in an effort to have an impact and help you obtain your ultimate goal. For me, that was my son and I can happily say mission accomplished! If you care at all, you should look no further.
