$3500 I paid him for a pot charge and I was sentence to the maximum allowed did absolutely nothing for me told me my probation was going to be half what it was told me my community service was Going to less I wouldn’t recommend him at all

Daniel Ashley is an erratic,immoral,unethical,lying sociopath. He sets a one fee cost to see a case through to the end and then disrespects and degrades you until you terminate his serivices. Or if you are like me and kiss his butt so that you don't lose your money. He will slander you and work with the opposing attorney to burry you. He will even lie and speak against you in court. He must be disbarred before he hurts any more families.

Daniel was referred to me and has represented me in court and continues to do so. For me, he understood the situation and was not afraid to argue in court on my behalf...something most so called attorneys simply no longer do. He seems to understand the system and how to best represent me within those parameters. More legal issues/appearances are imminent, so I will follow up this review as my experience continues.
