My family and I had a horrible experience throughout the entire process with him. He did not communicate with us or show any ounce of respect towards of any us. You would be better off representing yourself

All the other 1 start comments were literally the same experience our family had with this guy. If you want a good lawyer that will fight for you and even pretend to care, STAY AWAY!

Worst attorney! I paid $12,000 for him, he never kept me informed of what was happening with my son’s case. He Never talked to me, he talked at me! He was very arrogant. He was 40 minutes late for my son’s sentencing. When it came to talk to the judge he was meek and mild and didn’t argue the case with confidence. I went with him because he was a family friend of my son’s father. Worst decision I have ever made.

Currently handling a case for my significant other and he really hasn’t been as helpful as he should be he keep prolonging the case and not following the proper order of the inmate he’s representing it’s frustrating.

Took care of my daughters issues, answered calls at all hours, goes the extra mile and is genuinely concerned for his clients and not the paycheck. Good man!

I am happy that i chose Dan for my extremely delicate case, the future of my family was put in efficient and trustworthy hands. I was charged with 4 felonies 3rd degree and 3 misdemeanors 1st degree, including Child endangering, Obstruction of Justice, Intimidation of crime. In the end him and Mr. Hilow was able to turn them into 3 misdemeanors. They were able to give me a personal bond and I never had to go to jail, not even for a day. I was treated like family and Dan was very responsive. They were transparent and very concerned for my well-being during this stressful process.I am in debt to him and I would recommend him to anyone that needs Efficiency, Character and Results in a lawyer! 5 years ago Mr Daniel Misiewicz was assigned to me as a public defender. I could tell he was just starting his career he was boyishly young handsome looking & he was so outgoing determined & ambitious. Qualities that are very rare. He treated his cases seriously & passionately & i could see that in him . In trying to make a good successful name for himself but yeah he wanted to win public defender cases assigned to him but he also cared about me & many other cases . I had him again 4 years later beside me & I almost didn't recognize him he filled out his suit & grew, matured into a man who still cared but a bit more. I would trust him with my life. I actually did twice.

This guy is a joke. He doesn't even listen to what happened. He already has it in his head what happened and what he is going to say. Do not hire him if you want a lawyer on your side.
