We take feedback seriously, but this review does not accurately reflect the facts of this matter.<br><br>At all times, this firm provided legal representation consistent with the signed engagement agreement. Staffing changes, when they occur, are handled internally to ensure continuity of representation, and reassignment of attorneys does not pause or prejudice a client’s case. Clients are never “left without counsel,” nor are cases handled without oversight.<br><br>With respect to pleadings and orders, no custody order can be finalized unless it reflects either (1) an agreement between the parties or (2) rulings made by the Court. Any provisions omitted from a final order are the result of legal limitations, opposing party objections, or judicial determinations—not unilateral action by this firm. Likewise, communications with opposing counsel are governed by ethical rules and court procedure, and this firm does not communicate “behind a client’s back.”<br><br>We also strongly dispute the claim that client communications were ignored. Our records reflect multiple substantive communications and responsiveness consistent with firm policy. That said, legal advice is not provided by text message, and calls may be returned after scheduled court appearances, meetings, or hearings.<br><br>Finally, we note that billing concerns were not raised during representation, and we are glad the billing department was acknowledged for its professionalism.<br><br>Because attorney-client matters are confidential, we cannot address further specifics in a public forum. If the reviewer wishes to discuss their concerns constructively, they are welcome to contact the office directly.<br><br>We remain committed to ethical representation, clear communication, and advocating zealously for our clients—mothers and fathers alike.

This person gave me a five-star review two years ago.<br><br>I’m going to respond once here and then I’m done. Your post is false and misleading. We maintain written records of communications, filings, and work performed, and we do not “lie” to clients.<br><br>What I can say publicly is this: when a client’s account becomes seriously past due, we address it professionally and in writing. Retaliatory threats and online attacks do not change the facts, the work done, or our ethical obligations.<br><br>Because I’m bound by attorney–client confidentiality, I will not litigate the details of any matter in a review.
