After going to see this firm regarding a auto accident, in which I was " rear ended" with a broken jaw, separated clavicle, neck and lower back injury. " all required major surgery. I was told there wasn't enough money in the case and they charge 39% furthermore I engaged another law firm we settled for 2.5 million. Avoid these folks who think you must get runover by a semi truck etc..why? Very easy lawsuit that pays very well.

Michael Loh at the Killeen office is one of the most unprofessional, unreliable, and unsuccessful attorneys ever seen. He has no experience has to ask actual lawyers what he would do so your case takes twice as long and doesn’t know how to negotiate with insurance companies to get what you deserve. Michael is trash you shouldn’t pay full price for a lawyer that is incompetent has no experience and blames his assistant for all his shortcomings. Not working for you, only trying to pay himself. Get you to sign a contract with him then never do anything he claims. DO NOT hire Stark law find another injury lawyer many more out there this isn’t the one. Daniel Stark if your are really concerned hire people with experience not people like this joker anyone can file paperwork.

Malory Adkins and Michael Loh Was exceptional. From beginning to end, they communicated very well. This firm even has a tracker in the case app to allow you to track the case status. I t was very easy for them to adjust to your recommendations if you changed something. They were very attentive to me as a client and remained professional Throughout the entire process. They even at times ask me how my family was doing, which was Outstanding because it showed that they really care. I highly recommend anybody that goals and needs any care for an injury.
