Highly recommended firm for all your no fault claims

I am extremely disappointed with how my case was handled by this office. I had an active **personal injury** matter with them for nearly a year, during which I received little to no communication from the attorney. Nearly all communication was through a paralegal named Glorrianna. After almost a full year of waiting, my case was suddenly dropped without any meaningful explanation. I was not given a call, a proper letter, or even basic professional courtesy to explain why. Being abandoned as a client after investing that much time is unacceptable and deeply distressing—especially in a legal matter where people are already vulnerable. What made this worse was the lack of compassion and accountability. When I tried to get an explanation, I received dismissive responses instead of transparency or respect. No one should feel discarded by their own legal representation. Ignored emails and ironically every single phone call to the office for an answer resulted in the same response " she is on a call at the moment." I am a human being. I would've appreciated an explanation and not avoidance. I would strongly caution others to think carefully before trusting this office with an important case. Communication, professionalism, and basic human decency were completely lacking here.

When I first called them from the beginning they let me know it will be long but we will try our best and they did that and beyond and were very clear with everything I needed to do always could get in contact always an update there with u 100% in a few instances the doctors weren't doing what they needed to and I let them know and right away next thing u know I was getting what they were denying easy process and the payment for my suffering was way more than I would ever think these people fight for u for real daniella and Levi hats off to them awesome firm and want to thank Mr.Bradley always available always a great help thank u so much.
