I had a case and a lawyer who I was using for years. Took 3 thousand dollars for me and didn't even take time to notify me that I had court. I ended up with a warrant for two years. Im Glad I found Elliot! Very professional legal help. I cant imagine using another attorney. Let me tell you about Elliot. He really stands on business. Very up front. Knows what he's doing. Every time I had court coming up or anything, He always reminded me. Great communication. If you do what he ask of you he can really work things out for you. When you walk into those court rooms it could be overwhelming. But Elliot makes you feel like you are protected. My case was a little bit iffy. But I got satisfactory results. Not Guilty. These two words were the best two words that me and my family could here on this week regarding our recent case. Elliott Pinsel was awesome! As he is a very credible attorney, he is very professional, knowledgeable and concise. I also want to mention that he is has a big “heart” meaning he has a very caring side, he has patient and makes you feel like you are a part of his family. 😊 My daughter was accused of hurting a mentally aged eldely person and if you met or knew her you would see she is not that type of person. Elliott was able to show with the “facts” that she was Not Gulity” in a jury trial. There is a previous comment made in the Google reviews that read: “Elliott’s opening statement was on point”… this is so true, He did amazing job as he was able to help the jury see the holes in the testimonies and it was a big cloud that weighing on us lifted. Case closed. I would say this is a victory but nothing will give me back the last 8 months of my life or the opportunities that came with them, don't even get me started on the countless nights of being taunted, talked down on & bashed for something that someone wanted so desperately to be their stamped and signed version of my character. Mr.Pinsel was very mindful of the impact that the charge against me would have costed my future. His time management between gathering evidence, prepping for trial & getting this weight off of my shoulders is something that deserves way more than a 5 star review on Google, this man deserves an award.

To be honest, they are not my attorneys and never were. They are opposing counsel. I retained Mr.Pinsel for an Order of Protection that was trying to be put on me. I retained Mr.Pinsel on 2/17/24, & my hearing was being held on 2/23/24. Mr.Pinsel received all my evidence by 2/19/24 & expressed he was more than ready to go forward with the hearing even though it was a short amount of time for him to familiarize himself with the case. Mr.Pinsel dedicated his time to really understand my case & study my case. He made sure he prioritized my case. I was constantly given him more evidence incase he would need it or would be used in court. He was very understanding and took everything I sent into consideration. We went to court on 2/23/24 & was given another date to begin the hearing on 2/28/24. Mr.Pinsel’s opening statement was on point and in my eyes ate the petitioner and her witnesses up. He did amazing & caught many of them in lies while on the stand! We came back into court on 3/1/24, for me to take the stand. Mr.Pinsel and I did amazing on the stand & he did an amazing job preparing me to be cross examined. His closing statement touched on everything and he knocked the entire case out the park. The OP was thrown out & I got to walk out the court room with a heavy weight lifted off my shoulder because of Mr.Pinsel. Mr.Pinsel always answered my calls, or called me back if he missed it, responded to every email & was very patient with me. I 100% would recommend Mr.Pinsel to anyone who needs a criminal lawyer. He was so tentative to me & knew exactly what he was doing. Best lawyer !
