How can a lawyer who is dishonest & been suspended for lying to the ARDC for providing materially false statements be allowed to stay in practice.

My experience with this attorney leaves me wonderinghow he continues to practice law in this state. He had to be reminded of 1 detail at least 5 times in less than an hour. Now I find out he was suspended for i believeit said "providing materially false statements" (lied) to the ARDC. Imaginea lawyer being dishonest.....SMH

I'm super grateful to Mr. Danz and his office for being so great to rent from. Maintenance leaves a bit to be desired but overall Warren, Anna and John at the office are really good people and if given a choice I would rent from there again.
