Stay away from this law firm.They dont care about you as a person only as a client. All they care about is money .I know more about my case than they do. They dont even know what assets the trust that was setup for victims has. Now this silly law firm wants me to sign a document to receive another distribution of pennies from my settlement. What kind of attorney ask their clients to do that. Dont let this law firm suck you in to signing anything.

Customer service was superb. Walked me through every step of my case. They literally hold your hand through out the process. Can’t say enough good things about them.

Danzigger and De Llano were absolutely instrumental in helping find justice and restitution. Their staff are highly knowledgeable and professional. They were always prompt in returning calls/emails, although most of the time they were available when I called. I couldn't have done it without them.

Awful and unprofessional! They took my case, a crypto romance scam, over the phone and followed up by having me give them a lot of detailed information. I followed up with them a month later and they said that they are working on my case and it could take a few months. At close to the 4 month point, I again followed up. They responded that the court location where these cases are tried changed so it will take some extra time as they are having to rearrange things, but not to worry, my case is still being looked into. ONE WEEK after the previous email, they sent me a form letter (via email) saying due to their criteria for a case not being met, they have decided not to represent me. They also stated that my window for bringing a civil fraud case to court is almost over so if I want to hire a different law firm I need to do it ASAP. This was after they sat on my case for 4 months, before deciding my case didn't meet their critera! When I tried to get more information about why my case was suddenly dropped (when the week prior they said they were working on it). I got no response. I couldn't get my call or email returned. Other firms have said since it was crypto fraud and it's been over 4 months. It's too late to realistically be able to track my funds. So, because of this awful, unprofessional law firm, I'm permanently out of a lot of money. I basically got scammed all over agan.

Do not go to this law firm. We had a back injury in our family due to a roof collapsing on a family member due to the TX freeze and they took our case and we gave them all the information they wanted and we never heard back from them. We had to call them ( no updates yet) and then email them again and again and finally was told they would not pursue our case and the time was up. They never sent us an email or even called us to let us know they dropped our case so we were not able to go with another later within the time limits. Stay away!!!

I put my faith and full trust into Dandel with my crypto scam/recovery case involving the police and FBI. They knew everything about the criminals, and even exactly where my $130000 is. They even made my case a priority. The FBI just made a huge fraud/scam bust, and I had so much hope. Then, just now, I got a notice from Dandel that they were dropping me as a client, months after they stopped contacting me, while I kept asking them if they were even doing something. My case is easy, but now the criminals have had a chance to get away. Because Dandel knows everything about the criminals, I am at a loss for words with trying to understand how and why this is happening. It's like, they had too much information about the criminals. They are right there, and the money is specifically in a known account. There is no hiding anything with this case, but Dandel looks like they simply won't go forward, now that they allowed so much time to pass. No valid excuse has been offered as to why. Just they allowed too much time to pass without contacting me or working the case, and the criminals may have gotten away because of it. I'm going to be reporting Dandel to the Texas State Bar and the FBI. What they had done is terrible and without conscience. They didn't even send me the mountains of evidence we gathered, pinpointing every detail about the criminals, so they knew exactly everything they would need to know. It looks like they build a solid, priority case, then after half a year, they simply decided to let the criminals get away. Leaving me destitute, and abandoned. Because they know exactly who, where, when, and why about the criminals, I can't recommend this law firm. My case was a sure fire, priority case. But all Danzinger & De Llano did was buy time for the criminals to get away. Leaving me with nothing but despair and hopelessness. Please don't trust or put your hopes in this law firm. They could ignore you for months, preventing you from finding another law firm to get the criminals in time. Then, when it's too late because of Dandel's negligence, they simply gave me a one page note saying they dropped the ball, the mountain of evidence proving everything is gone, and they were going to let the well know and documented criminals that they have every detail about, get away with more than $100000 of my money. Please don't let this happen to you. Don't let them ignore you. Don't let them get your hopes up for months. Don't trust them in any way, as they have proven beyond any reasonable doubt that they cannot be trusted. They just threw me into a hole they dug, leaving me desperate, and the criminals are getting away because of it.
