I had a terrible experience working with Adam Shapiro. Poor communication, lack of follow up, and inefficiency lead to the case never being resolved after 3+ years and thousands of dollars invested.

I was scheduled for a 30-minute call today; however, it did not take place. Unfortunately, no one reached out to me to reschedule, and I received no communication after being informed that someone would contact me. When I called to inquire, I was informed that I was not on the schedule, despite having received an invitation. I find this situation very unprofessional and a waste of my time. Moving forward, please ensure that you follow up with potential clients, especially when someone highly recommended your services to me. I set aside my work to be available and felt that my time was not valued. As a result, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Adam helped us with a house purchase. He was knowledgeable, professional, and always available for a phone call. Highly recommend.

Doug Leavitt was amazing! It is always difficult to discuss any unsettling business situation and preparing for that conversation.
