Attorney Snead Dullin was amazing to work with same as Mrs. Melissa, going thorough and divorce its not something easy at all. The understanding, patience, knowledge and attention are very important in any case you need representation. It was a lengthy process with a lot of questions and doubts anytime I had any questions I messaged Melissa or messaged her, the response time was very quick and if I had bigger concerning questions attorney Snead would makes time to call me and go over any of the questions I had. She has great mediation skills as well that resulted coming to an agreement and doing everything respectfully. Having a toddler involved in this whole process sharing custody its the first thing that was mentioned to ensure both parents can share custody and was agreed as well. Totally recommend the office of attorney Snead Dullin to be represented or if you need a mediator. Very happy with all the help I got and the outcome of my case.

I strongly caution anyone considering retaining this attorney. My experience was extremely disappointing and felt financially predatory. I retained her after being told I had a case based on my situation. She accepted a large non-refundable retainer upfront but failed to provide any clear legal plan, written strategy, or timeline. After receiving my initial payment, she requested the full remaining balance of the $5,000 fee before conducting a full review of my evidence or even fully assessing my situation. When I reasonably asked for a complete review of my case before making additional payments, she terminated representation and issued me a letter stating I had no case, directly contradicting her earlier statements that led me to retain her services in the first place. In my opinion, this attorney capitalizes on vulnerable individuals facing difficult family law matters, especially those desperate for help. Sadly, I later discovered that others have experienced very similar situations with this firm. I hope this review helps protect others from going through the financial and emotional frustration I experienced.

I should have followed my gut on this one the first 3 minutes on the phone with her receptionist. We hired her to represent our family and be my stepsons voice when all she did was take our money and that's basically it. she never asked for any proof to help fight our case, and when I took it upon myself to send her everything that could help she only charged me $300 for an EMAIL and never used one bit if it. When I did that they only responded to my husband that they do not represent ME therefor I shouldn't be emailing. This showed me they did not have our family in mind it was just a quick bit of money for them. In the billing it shows things that were filed and prepared that my husband never not once saw or proofread. They burned through $7500 and didn't even get to the modification which is what we payed her for. Then suddenly out of nowhere we get a request for $5000 more! To move forward when nothing had been done in the first place for the $7500. We had to hire a new attorney to move forward bc this one wasn't going to do anything except take from us and allow the opposing party file obsurd filings that she could have proven were false if she would have just read the evidence I supplied her with. Now my stepson is at his absolute lowest he's cried everyday since being returned to his abusive home and more fictitious things have been filed. A child needing MH services now and she could have done something to help him if she would have just cared to see what we was telling her was serious. Please don't hire her. EDIT her response to my review should tell you exactly y what I stated. She will not have anyone’s interest in mind. She was hired to have our entire family in mind. I was always included in the phone calls so I don’t know what information she says I wanted. I only supplied her with information that she never used. Her actions hurt our family and as an attorney she should have taken our family into consideration when handling this case. **In response to her response….that’s the main problem is we hired her for our FAMILY and she after speaking to me and understanding what we needed knew WE needed her to help us. Instead she took MY payment and then played my husband and blew through our money so quick that we never got anything done. She showed up to court, LET the other party win and didn’t reply to the opposing counsel for 6 days leading up to court. She charged $1000 to even go to the courthouse that was not anything else. Simply go. She withdrew because we randomly got a bill for $5000 that was due THAT DAY and when we said no she withdrew. The first $7500 worth of things we payed for hadn’t been done yet and now she’s asking for another $5000. She took our case to show up and allow the other party to win so it would be “finalized” and as long as what she showed up for was final that day, our money was rightfully hers according to her contract. We really trusted her and she failed OUR FAMILY.

If they had more stars to give I would give. Darla Snead and her staff are incredible, they are very caring and always keep you up to date in a timely manner. I didn’t get to meet all staff, but Cheryl and Darla Snead. I must say, the compassion and genuine care for their clients are above and beyond. You won’t be disappointed, they treat you like family. I highly recommend them for your legal needs.

This office was wonderful! The secretaries were very well versed and knew how to handle to paperwork fast. Mrs Snead was very efficient during the meeting and very professional. Would recommend.
