Do not use this firm. Public defender level service but you pay thousands. The attorney I used, Darren, does not know the law and uses outdated sentencing guide lines. He'll tell you he knows the DA, but trust me, that is not a good thing. When using him, I did all the digging into the details of my case, looked up and interpretted the laws, and had to refuse to accept bs plea deals from the DA over and over. The lawyer attempted to gas light me and make me feel like I was doing too much throughout the legal process. Luckily, I'm not weak-minded and ended up getting exactly what I wanted without much help from him. If you use this firm, you'll be thinking about this comment later and regretting it.

Steer clear of this firm! They prioritize profit and their relationship with the DA over giving their client good legal representation. At first, they appeared supremely confident. I was told most of the charges would be dropped and the odds of jail time were slim. As soon as they had my money in hand, things changed. At the preliminary, they insisted I wave my right to the hearing and take a plea deal, which was nearly all charges, (some with minumum jail sentences, I would find out on my own). When I asked about the discovery or going out and collecting evidence myself, I was made to feel ridiculous. I was told that the DA doesn't lie, and I was asked, "Do you really think the police lied in the report?" But I didn't budge, despite being told if I didn't accept the deal, I would not get another deal, would be found guilty of all charges, and would be charged even more money for their legal "services". I insisted on reviewing evidence and I provided my own analysis and excerpts from the law books proving I was not guilty. And because I did not listen, the charges and sentencing were dramatically reduced in a new plea deal. It was never acknowledged that I was correct and I was never compensated for doing their job for them. I implore you, do not use this firm and, in particular, avoid Darren if your future matters to you at all.
