he wants all everything notarized.! eg if you have dispute then you must have written contract to say what are you going to do in case of that dispute.! ha then what the lawyer is for if you want everything plain and simple?

A horrible experience. Charged us $4000 for him to spend over 5 months to file a motion to change our case to regular tax court. Asking another $4000 (potentially a lot more) just to represent us to talk to an IRS officer rather than represent us in the court. Wasted us over 7 more months and a lot of tax interest too. Simplely resigned from our case when we complaint his very unreasonable charge and made basically no progress on our case in over 7 months.
