Dart will not call me! He is definitely overworked by the courts.

Kyle Dart is the worst attorney we have ever worked with. Disgusting business practices, will NOT give you an itemized statement of his “services”, will “bill” you for over a thousand and do the BARE MINIMUM, very sketchy and unprofessional. Beware, he will go weeks and even MONTHS without responding to important emails, because of this I didn’t get to see my own son for over 2 1/2 years due to Kyle’s PURE NEGLIGENCE on my case as well as my fiancé’s! Will make false promises about getting things done, horrible communication, and will leave you on read and even BLOCK YOUR NUMBER WHEN YOU NEED HELP THE MOST. Because of Kyle, it has been better to go through this nightmare PRO BONO. Working with him was nothing but a headache, and firing him was the best decision we ever made. We are beyond frustrated and disgusted. My best advice if you’re considering to hire Kyle is to RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!

I had Retained Aaron P. Wise in an out of state case at a reasonable rate. He took care of court appearances and defenses while I remained in AZ. I was satisfied with my defense. He had charges dismissed and reduced. He also took initiatives in references in counseling, I was reffered by Judge. Unfortunate situation and grateful for a good attorney.

I hired Mr.Dart in my legal matter but his lack of communication, progress, and follow-through has caused significant delays and frustration in what is a time-sensitive and critical matter. I do not recommend Mr. Dart as a legal representative 4 months and nothing was done for 3000 as a retainer. He is a complete joke and has jeopardized my case significantly.
