I’m writing this review on behalf of my father who was rear ended by a Jeep at speeds of nearly 30 miles per hour while he was waiting at the light at an exit on the 110 freeway. He didn’t see it coming and it really shocked him and caused him really bad pain throughout his neck and back. He also missed some time from work. He runs a business, so his absence was detrimental to the company. The insurance was refusing to pay for any of those damages and was claiming that it was “too speculative,” but Derik was able to prove otherwise. My cousin and I were heading back home in an uber after a laker game when our driver tried to make a quick left and we got broadsided badly. Eight months ago, I got rear ended on the 134. At the time I honestly didn’t feel any pain, and at the scene of the accident I told the cop I was fine, but a few days later it started to hurt and that’s when I called Derik.
