What do I need to do to get a call back? I read all these nice reviews on here but that treatment is non existent to me. I only find out about my case through the letters I receive from the insurance company. How can I stay updated on my case and how do I get someone to answer my questions? Voicemails and emails don’t seem to get your attention.
