Alan is not my attorney but it has took 6 months to get to the final parts of my probate with his client and it’s still not done. Doesn’t awnser phone voicemail is full so can’t leave message and ehen he says he will call u back he doesn’t.

He is our attorney, my daughter thinks he is great.

Julie Fisher and I have never talked once. I would have least thought she would have had the decency to reserve her comments unless she talked with me directly. I was able to resolve what was a very difficult family situation, but it took time to resolve it. Things oftentimes do not happen at once.

Alan has lied continuously and changes his story whenever you call. Tells one person one story and another brother calls two minutes later and tells him Another story. He lies lies lies. If you want something taken care of don’t I repeat do not go to Alan he will drag it out to make more money and steal from families!! Biggest liar and thief we have ever dealt with. He needs to be disbarred!!!
