Doesn’t pay attention to detail. He makes mistakes and then he wants to get paid his hourly rate to correct the mistakes he made due to his lack of attention to detail. I would have reported him to the Bar Assoc. However, it wasn’t deliberate, which would be a criminal offense. Can’t bring action against stupidity. My advice go else where. Save you time, aggravation, and money. I rate Mucklow’s services on a scale of 1 to 10 with 1 the lowest, his office gets 3.
