I also respect the fact David lives in Sacramento and has had his office in our city for over 25 years. He can relate to what it feels like to live in Sacramento and have roots here.

Well I'm not too smart in in being a lawyer for myself and so I got David Allan associates to help me and so far everything's been good if answered all my questions they've stepped on all the steps to do to whatever to make it this work I'm honored to have you guys and I appreciate everything that you guys are doing thank you Amber Orange Vale division you guys are the best happy holidays to everyone

AMBULANCE CHASERS!!!!! DO NOT, REPEAT DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN OR HIS FRIM. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR CASE AND NOT GIVE ANY COMMUNICATION. GROSSLY NEGLECTED THE TIME FRAME OF MY CASE, WHICH WAS A SLAM DUNK. CASE LOST, APPEALS DENIED ALL BECAUSE OF THERE INCOMPETENCE. STRECHED TIME OUT OVER 15 MONTHS AND WAS UNPREPARED WHEN DEADLINE CAME AND WENT. HIRED NEW ATTORNEY, LAST APPEAL APPROVED AND ONLY TOOK 3 WEEKS... TOTALLY A SLAM DUNK AS I SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Do Not use them!! At my Covid hearing via phone, my representing attorney hardly even spoke. It’s as if he wasn’t even there. I lost 3 years of entitlement by using this firm during these challenging times.

They don't believe in equality

Would not recommend. Me and my daughter considered David to Represent us for our car accident case he told us we would be Compensated to only tell us after two years we are not getting anything he only contacted us once within the two years. I left voicemails never contacted me back no way of contacting him you will not be updated about your case until his fight is over misleading he did not care about our case I feel played really do not recommend

If possible I'd give them a ZERO, even that would be a high mark for this firm. If your looking to be nothing but a account then you came to the right firm. No attention to detail, no return calls, no interest in your case. I had scene first hand with my wife getting Social disabily, so when I found myself unable to work anymore I figured I'd get a lawyer first hand. Major mistake is I didn't look into this firm prior. What a mistake. I was always on the offensive and calling them and to top it off they never once returned one of my calls nor answer a concern. I had not heard for months from Social Security as I had given up hope David Allen even knew who I was anymore. I finally got a letter stating I won the medical aspect but had one more letter to say for sure and it be soon. I waited for another 3 weeks then I called Social. They told me I could wait for the letter or I could go to the local office to speed up the process. One would think your wonderful lawyer would do this, right? Not here... We took the 3 plus hour round trip to the "local" Social office. The clerk there was 100% more helpful than my so called case worker with Allen the two times I EVER talked to them in only the beginning. Allen and Associates never once called and asked for a update on how I was feeling, if I had any new conditions or therapy, NOTHING. Again no attention to detail. AT the Social office we were told the paperwork was still in our old city and needed to be forwarded. Again shouldn't your hard working lawyer do this?? Again not here, you dod The kicker is I did all the foot work, I used my time, gas and resources as they did NOTHING. They then sent the letter I got from Social weeks prior to my old address and inside it was my new address for four plus months. They never sent it to me there yet my old address. Attention to detail, again. My honest option on David Allen based on my relationship with them is they should have tried another field where their action to detail wouldn't be so missed like in the circus. Horrible service just HORRIBLE. RUN from here...
