I called this office hoping to get a consultation regarding a discrimination case, and the experience was disappointing from the very first “hello.” A young woman answered the phone with nothing more than “law,” and I had to ask for her name just to know who I was speaking to. When I asked whether Mr. Love handles discrimination cases, she responded with, “ummm… yea, for $250 to meet with him.” I explained that I don’t have the money, and instead of offering options or even basic professionalism, she immediately dismissed me with, “umm ok, bye.” I had to stop her and ask if she could at least see whether he accepts pro bono consultations. She repeated again that he “only sees people for $250” with no effort to gather my information, no curiosity about the situation, and no attempt to offer support. Only when I pointed out that this was my third time asking did she reluctantly say, “Do you want me to take your name and number?” The entire interaction felt uninformative, unprofessional, and completely inconsistent with the positive reviews this attorney has online. If this is the first point of contact for potential clients facing discrimination, then something needs improvement. No one seeking legal help should feel brushed off or minimized at the front desk.

If you’re ever in need of a lawyer, I highly recommend you go to him. He’s very transparent. He makes it to where you don’t necessarily have to worry about anything. He pretty much figures everything out for you and just tells you what you need to do and he gives you a rundown on everything the do’s and the don’ts he’s absolutely amazing.

I used David Love a few times with good success. I missed an appointment 4 years ago that was 100% my fault. I called and left messages and offered to pay Dave for my missed appointment. No return calls. I had a court date in Annapolis. He was 45 minutes late; it was no big deal to him, but to me, it was.After 4 years, I called the number of times left, Dave texted, and I left a voicemail and also called today. I paid 4 years ago to have things removed from my record that have not happened yet. I can't even get a return call from Dave. At this point, I don't understand what's happening. Very Unprofessional
