If the ratings could go higher I would absolutely do so. Cannot say how much both David and his paralegal Danielle has helped me. Endless phone calls, messages and emails made sure we had a constant line of communication even after hours of operation. They did everything as soon as possible and I couldn't have asked for better legal help. But it's not all professional this and professional that. They are also down to earth people that understand that life changes and so do circumstances. Will talk to you to help you through things legally and personally. They have helped me more than I can express in these few words I'm able to write here. I received a speeding ticket in Baldwin County, and Danielle Finacharo, along with entire zimmerman team, provided exceptional assistance. Since I was out of state, they handled everything with professionalism. My only responsibility was to complete an online driver’s course/test. I highly recommend this firm!

Had an appointment to see the attorney on March 3rd at 3:00pm. Went down to the office fighting through traffic and no one was there. Called several times before the rude lady answered and stated I didn't have an appointment and that she checked the books and called everyone. Well, clearly you didn't because I didn't receive a call. On top of that she stated it was Mardi Gras, so I'm guessing Mardi Gras is more important that clients

NO RESULTS!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE!! Very unprofessional!!! I received no case updates unless I contacted this office about the status of my case or my concerns. The information I sometimes received was ALWAYS inaccurate (lies were told to me)! For something that SHOULD HAVE been completed in a few months, it took this office from October 2023 until December 2024 TO GET NO RESULTS. I hired a new attorney in December of 2024 and my case was completed in February 2025. I only gave 1 star because that’s the only way I could post this review. -0 is what’s deserved if that! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH BEFORE CONSIDERING THIS FIRM!!

I don’t recommend this practice to anyone who has a case / problem thinking they will fight for you. In response to the inquiry before finishing my sentences/my case presentation I got criticized and was automatically looked at like I am not up to her standards and I should be criticized that I couldn’t afford certain things she could as a paralegal for her family is able to. Inflation has effectively done a lot of families hardship and continues to do so but I tried to snap her out of criticism towards my financial situation and treatment like I am a second class citizen. I told her what’s her problem and why is it her business to interfere like she is better than me fanatically or I was calling someone to help me financially? she kept throwing attacks towards me like I was her enemy or something. I was a “potential client “. they lost out on and I will never recommend anyone their so they don’t get discouraged or offended or get compared to herself financially. Very rude and unprofessional and I a sure she has done that before ruining the reputation for this practice. Last I checked I called for legal advice or help.

I hired this attorney for a family law matter regarding child support and he took my money with absolutely no results. Being out of the area I attempted to get several updates via email and by phone, but he would not respond. When I asked for a refund, he finally responded and declined. He didn’t file the appropriate documents and didn’t follow up as he should’ve have. I would absolutely not recommend this attorney!
