I found David from a google search, and gave him a call and immediately hired him. He was up front about everything and very transparent from day 1. He turned what was an unfortunate life changing event into something that was even less than a bump in the road. You can tell that David is one of those guys that doesn’t let anything in the way of his vision. For more than a reasonable price, I am more than confident that David will in fact exceed any expectations you have leading up to a case as well. I especially recommend David to any fellow veteran, or any civilian at all who may have stumbled along the way in their pursuit of trying to do the right thing in life while countering the unexpected events.

David was neither transparent nor communicative throughout my case. He demonstrated a lack of competence in handling a simple traffic matter, which ultimately resulted in losing a case that should have been straightforward to win.

Editing my review 4 months later. I’m a little annoyed at the situation 4 months removed from my court date. David is a former prosecutor which a lot of people look for. However the “deal” we made ultimately left me without a license 6 months less than expected. A win right!? Incorrect. I now have 2 criminal “charges” I will have to get expunged for an additional charge which David did not even respond to me when asking for help with this issue or a referral. (Not taking this “deal” would have left me with 1 non criminal conviction and one charge to be expunged and admittedly 6 more months suspended license) Echoing another review with lack of communication I was not given my “options” until the week of the case, actually 2-3 days before. I am not well versed in legal criminal charges nor traffic and my one request or plea to David was that the outcome be best suited for finding a new job having lost my previous job. Accept NOW I have a reckless driving conviction which is also a criminal misdemeanor AND these two “charges” I’m trying to expunge so both my criminal and driving record look awful to potential employers. My driving record is now uninsurable or unemployable by all companies I’ve interviewed with and will not be corrected without more classes $$ or a year+ for the points to “reset.” My request was to make the outcome as simple for me as possible and I could have represented myself and taken a non negotiated “deal” with the prosecutors (his buddies) and been in a better place in the eyes of employers. His deal got the state an additional charge that wouldn’t have been given as well as extra $ from me for a class I was forced to take (that doesn’t help my driving record at all) it’s disappointing that someone who is paying for representation does not get more than 4-5 days of effort and not listening to what my concerns were.

I was referred to Mr. David by s friend of mine whom had a reckless driving charge that was dropped by Mr. David. So I hired him for my reckless driving charge & speeding tickets. Reckless driving is a misdemeanour & could have really messed with my residency/status in the U.S. Mr. David dropped the misdemeanour charge for me in one hearing & I only had to pay the speeding charge. 10 out if 10!

David helped me get a serious misdemeanor charge dropped and helped me go from getting a potential 6 points on my record to a 3, great guy to work with would highly recommend!
