Attorney David Smith has not returned my calls, texts or emails. He took my case over a year ago & has done nothing & hasn't served the other party yet & got reprimanded by the Judge. If you want someone responsible, attentive and willing to work on your case Don't use this Attorney. Mynita his employee keeps telling me she will tell Mr. Smith to call me. I am going to report him to the California Bar Association.
