I found Mr. Waltrip to help me with my ante-nuptial agreement before my wedding. From the first meeting I felt very comfortable speaking with Mr. Waltrip. He was very thorough, but still broke things down in layman’s terms so that I could understand. He’s very easy to get in contact with and very prompt answering emails. David Waltrip, Nicole Hahn and their staff assisted me with was supposed to be a simple divorce, that turned out to be a 7+ year nightmare due to the lack of representation and due diligence on the part of the attorney I hired. At which time I hired another attorney that took my money to finish what the first attorney was supposed to do and he did basically nothing but made a few phone calls. David was terrible during my divorce and 2 years later I have still not received my files. Called again today and he won’t let me get them on my day off. Then says tomorrow I can come during a 30 min window. For taking over 70k from me and completely mishandling my case, you could at least think the files could be delivered to me as I am less than 2 miles away. Are these other reviews even legit? If he has all of these wonderful employees how come I cannot pick up files? Be very weary!!!!
