I really wanted to like this law firm but unfortunately the first experience I got with them was just not it. I read so many good reviews and that’s why my boyfriend and I decided to reach out for a consultation. We reached out on a Tuesday morning gave some information regarding our case on wrongful termination. After doing so we were advised that we should get contacted back within 24/48 hours with a response. Before the lady hung up she said she would try to get us a response hopefully by the end of the day. 3 days past and never got a call so we decided to call back to get a follow up and were told that the person who took our information was going to have a meeting with the lawyer that same day to consult if the could take on our case. Once again notifying us that once the meeting was over they would call us back with a response. The day came to an end and never got a call back so called back Monday afternoon to follow up since yet still hadn’t received a follow up call. When we called we were told the person who took our information was on another call and would give us a call back in 30 min. Two hours passed and still no call. I ended up calling back and was told that now that same person who took our information was in a meeting. So the person who answered the phone just looked over the notes and said the lawyer decided they could not assist us with this case and we were given another phone number to call for assistance on this case. Yet when we googled for lawyers in wrongful termination came across this law firm and on their website states they assist with wrongful termination. Very disappointed in this kinda of customer service received with little to no communication showing no interest whatsoever.

I chose this firm for their reputability. Mr. Ricks and Viviana assisted me in my business dispute. Although it was never completed. Viviana was always pleasant to deal with. Mr. Ricks reached out to me personally to resolve the issues that were essentially important to me as his client. I recommend this firm, trustworthy, and professional.

Mr. Ricks. and Viviana Zaragoza are thee BEST!! We had a customer, Matt Sawyer with Epoxy LA defraud the company by illegal chargebacks for approx. $25K. For a small business that was a major blow. But David H. Ricks & Associates went to work and got us a favorable judgement in record time for the $25K Matt Sawyer, with Epoxy LA stole, with an additional approx. payout of $30K as a penalty (and deterrent) to Matt Sawyer and any others who would try this scheme of illegal chargebacks. David H. Ricks & Associates do not mess round. You can count on them to take care of you 100%. Great job guys! What you do seriously makes a difference.
