Yeah, this attorney wasn’t a good fit. I tried to get a free consultation, but he didn’t really listen to what I was trying to explain. He immediately jumped to talking about a small part of my situation, without letting me give the full context. He seemed a bit full of himself and rushed, so it wasn’t helpful

After I left my ex, he was bitter and tried everything he could to destroy me. He tried to get my kids taken away, he tried to get me charged with crimes that I did not commit, he tried everything he could to get me sent to prison! He told so many lies on me. As a result, I had to break my lease and move from my home, quit my job and flee the state (while pregnant). Not to mention that he has threatened to kill me on numerous occasions. And I had proof. But I also had a criminal record. I admit that I made some terrible decisions in the past. But I live a totally different lifestyle today and I do my best to live in a manner that pleases GOD (JESUS). But despite my morals and faith, my past hunts me and because of my criminal record, I NEVER EVER GET ANY JUSTICE! I’ve gone to the police, made numerous reports. Submitted evidence (text messages and recorded phone calls). Even still, no JUSTICE! I NEVER got any JUSTICE…until yesterday 10/15/25. Mr.Dart fought for me! He fought for me and my son! It had been a year long child support and custody battle! My ex told so many lies. He tried to get my son taken away from me! He tried to get me sent to prison! He tried everything he could! But the LORD was on my side. And GOD used Mr. Dart to fight for me…AND WIN!!! I’m still in a state of shock. Because the odds were against me! Mr.Dart is VERY smart! He knows the law! We had a lot of peeks and valleys along the way. We had some small wins that didn’t feel like much at the time. Mr.Dart knows his stuff. When we were going through Trial, I was scared out of my mind. I literally just had to trust him and his expertise. And it was hard but I’m glad that I did! Because he knows what he’s doing! He knows his stuff! And might I add, that he’s worth EVERY PENNY! This wasn’t an easy case. And it wasn’t cheap either! MR.DART IS A SHARK 🦈 you NEED a shark in the COURTROOM! I say all of this to say, if you’re life is on the line, if you’re fighting for your kids, you need DART THE SHARK! We had a MIGHTY VICTORY YESTERDAY. I was awarded FULL CUSTODY (sole, physical and Legal) of my son. I was awarded child support and my ex has to have supervised visits at a monitored facility and he has to complete a 52 week court ordered Accountability Choice class. I forgot to mention that the JUDGE let him (my ex) have it! After thoroughly reviewing ALL of the evidence that Mr.Dart submitted on my behalf! The JUDGE ripped him (my ex) a new one! I’ve NEVER seen anything like it! I’m so grateful and thankful! In closing, I just want to say thank YOU LORD JESUS for being a merciful, gracious and forgiving GOD! And thank YOU LORD for MR. DART 🎯 and the TEAM 🫶🏾

David Dart is a fantastic lawyer! I reached out to him over a year ago now at the recommendation of my own mother, he did her divorce over 30 years ago, he made a huge impression on her. I was seeking a divorce and child custody help at the time. He helped me deal with my difficult ex/coparent and mediation. He was prepared to go to trial for me if mediation didn't go well. Then he helped me again about 5 months later for relocation for myself and my two children through mediation but was ready to defend me in trial if needed. He always there to answer questions via email and even phone calls/texts. He called me whenever I had concerns or questions, whether late at night or early morning. He is straightforward and honest with all legal advice, he doesn't hint around. I would 100 percent recommend him to a friend or family member and will use him again in the future if needed.

Whoever answered the phone is very rude and unprofessional. Merely answered with a “hello” then hung up on me after stating “this is not a law office that handles that, I don’t know if that’s civil or not”. No introduction, no goodbye , just haste and what felt like anger for having received a call. Even had they dealt with my case I would not have gone through with them, incredibly unprofessional.

He was very professional, very honest to the took extra time help me understand how things work any issues that need to be addressed outside of our contract he contacted experts that specialized to resolve issues that we’re outside our contract and wanted me to have the Best specialist to resolve these issues that were popping up. David Dart is the worse lawayer ever During the first mediation for my divorce case he asking me to pay him 20k in advance if I want him to represent me. He is saying he has bills to pay even though I paid him 5k prior and nothing accomplished in fact he want me to accept my x wife demands. Also during the mediation he was yelling on his paralegal he forgot to mute the 🎤 In same day I FIRED him and hired another attorney and the outcome amazing 👏.
