I give him a star because he showed up. He is NOT a family law lawyer in any shape or form. Maybe he is better in another category but family law definitely NOT his thing. I had to hire ANOTHER lawyer to fix what he was hired to do .And not all that could be fixed.. This lawyer not doing his job brought ALOT of heart ache to our family He did not do what we paid him to do At this point I think the other side paid him more just to NOT do his job for us. Yes, he did not stand up for us NOT ONCE!! So I think the other side paid him off Like I gave him ONE star for showing up..He was negligent during the whole process.I would give him a negative but there isn't any negative star..I'm getting a hold of the lawyer bar and complaining..He hustled us like a used car salesman.

Great lawyer, but the new lady at the desk is very unprofessional. Talking on the phone and complaining about her job and bosses in front of clients.

David was awesome and helped me get civil matters settled in court and most importantly my time with my kids set. All around pleased and thankful for David and His staff. Awesome guy who is actually patient and easy going. Definitely recommend.

terrible experience. When I called to set up appointment I explained that it was for my 95 yr old mother and sister who live out of state and that this was the only day available and what we wanted. Appointment was at 1:30 and at 11:30 I received a message confirming the appointment. when we arrived I was told the appointment was canceled because Mr Moore decided he did not want to talk with us. I lost a day off work and will now have to wait until next year when my sister is back in town. Hopefully my mother will still be here!

If there were negative stars it would have been -5. He handled my case about 4 years ago. It would take a book to fill out this complaint in entirety. This was a custody case and he did not take it serious at all. When I had my consultation he said that my fee would be 1000 retainer then 100/hour. They told me that I could fill in the paperwork later because his secretary (which was also a joke) would have to type it up. They had me sign. An agreement for the retainer and that’s it. I later got billed $200/hr not only was he NOT WORTH .05 cents per hour, but he was horrible. I was given appointments, then I took off from work (without pay) and then when I arrived his barefoot secretary told me he had to leave to go shopping with his fiancé and they forgot to call me. That happened 2 times, btw. Then he charged me for those appts anyway!! I refused to pay for those and I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER promote this joke as representing even my worse enemy. I honestly do know how he managed to pass the bar. I should have looked at his credentials. I don’t know where these positive reviews came from?? Must have been family members or his barefoot unprofessional secretary.

I had a really difficult case ,I was a passenger in a car transport got pulled over and police found drugs in 1 of the cars ... David Moore took my case pro bono, I was innocent but with out David Moore I would be lock up right now... He did what he had to do to prove my innocence... And I just want to say if you want a lawyer that fights for you his your guy...

This is the best Attorney out there he got me everything I want and when I got my divorce I wanted custody of my son and I got custody of him and my ex-wife didn’t get nothing he did what he was supposed to do and answered all my questions in a timely manner I would recommend him to anyone that is going through a divorce or a custody battle because he is the best divorce and custody attorney in the Arkansas River Valley. And even worked with my income and let me pay my bill out when no other attorney would even except my case at like I said I would recommend him to anyone that is going through a divorce or a custody battle

Knows NOTHING about probate. Over 4 years started and he has not finished it yet. I have turned in everything he asked for and he cannot keep up with it and then tells judge I needed to submit stuff. He also filed twice and charged me twice. He also tried to get me to sell him stuff before probate was filed. I did not and maybe that is why he has dragged this out.
